Seale & Associates was retained by the shareholders of Grupo Cuprum on the divestiture of two subsidiaries, Cuprum Metales Laminados and Alutodo, to National Material of Mexico, a subsidiary of National Material, L.P. CML is a leading Mexican supplier of aluminum and steel flat sheet and coil products to customers in a broad range of markets.
Seale’s approach resulted in the significant strengthening of National Material of Mexico´s aluminum extrusion and provision of services to the industrial and building sectors.
