Sergio Garcia del Bosque serves as Managing Director in charge of the Mexico operations of Seale & Associates, where his focus spans mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, valuation, and strategic consulting.

With a tenure beginning in 2008 at Seale & Associates, Sergio has provided principal advisory services to a diverse clientele that includes medium-sized private firms, large corporations, and private equity funds, both domestically and abroad.

His role often involves guiding family-owned businesses toward realizing their strategic goals through various transactions, alternative strategic evaluations, and generational planning. Representative private clients include AlEn, Caffenio, Cosmocel, Cuprum, FANOSA, Grupo Tampico, INMAGUSA, Proeza, PromaPlast, Stabilit, Torrey, Verzatec, and Zinc Nacional.

In addition to his advisory work with private entities, Sergio has advised large corporations and private equity groups on numerous transactions. Representative clients include ACON, ALFA, Carrier, CEMEX, FEMSA, Nexxus Capital, Nemak, Grupo Industrial Saltillo, Panel Rey, and Tyco.

Sergio's academic background includes a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM) and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Pan-American Institute of High Business Direction (IPADE). He has participated on continous education programs focused on corporate finance, negotiation, and valuation at Harvard, Georgetown, Wharton, and NYU.

Sergio has contributed to the academic world as a guest professor at notable institutions such as IPADE, ITESM, UDEM, and the Carey Business School of Johns Hopkins University. He has also been featured on a variety of media outlets such as Alto Nivel, ADN40, BloombergLinea, Expansion, Forbes and MergerMarket.
